Ingredients
  • 4 cups Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup Strawberry Jello Seriously!
  • 1 9" Pre-Baked pie crust. Bake it yourself if you want! But these are fine. Follow the directions on the pan.
Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar Confectionary Sugar

Instructions
Preparation
  1. Wash strawberries Remove the green tops of the strawberries Follow directions on pie crust. Slice Strawberries in half and place in bowl - set aside.
Make Strawberry Sauce
  1. In a medium sauce pan over medium heat at sugar, water and cornstarch and bring to boil
  2. Cook stirring constantly for 1 minute and/or until thick.
  3. Add Jello and stir until combined
  4. Lower heat to lowest level possible.
Assemble Pie
  1. Place strawberries into pie crust (shell)
  2. Pour strawberry sauce over strawberries
Prepare Whipped Cream
  1. Chill a metal mixing bowl in the freezer for approximately 2-3 minutes
  2. Remove Bowl and add heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix with hand mixture (on low or medium setting) until combined and it turns into whipped cream.
Serving
  1. After chilling pie for 2-4 hours in refrigerator serve pie
  2. Either place whipped cream directly on the pie or serve as a side
