Salt & Vinegar Wings

Do you want a damn good bar wing but you don’t want to have to leave your home? I thought so! Make these wings and you may never leave. Unfortunately, if you serve these to your friends, they might never leave either!

Ingredients
  • 20 pieces Chicken Wings or Wingettes
  • .5 Cups White Vingar
  • 3 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Sea Salt
  • .25 tsp Chili Powder
  • .75 tsp Garlic Salt
  • .25 Cups All Purpose Flour

Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix vinegar, oil, and spices.
  2. Place the chicken wings in a large zip-lock bag.
  3. Pour the mix into the bag over the wings being careful to coat all the wings.
  4. Place bag in refrigerator for at least two hours. If you can wait, leave them overnight.
  5. Pre-heat over to 400F
  6. Remove the bag from the refrigerator, drain the mix from the bag, leaving the wings inside.
  7. Add flour to the bag and shake to coat the wings.
  8. Place the wings on a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray.
  9. Salt and pepper the wings.
  10. Bake in over for 20 minutes
  11. Turn wings and continue baking for 25minutes
Recipe Notes

These wings make a tasty side. Don't be afraid to cook longer if you prefer crispier wings. Serve with malt vinegar for more tang and enjoy!
