Ingredients
- 32 oz Lamb Chops I love the ribs, they're the best!
- 2 tbsp Thyme
- 2 tbsp Rosemary
- 1 tbsp Parsley
- 1 tbsp Basil Because Why not?
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 Lemon Organic if possible

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 415 degrees Trim the lamb liberally. Mince the garlic. Cut and juice the lemon.
Create Seasoning
- In a small bowl mix garlic, thyme, rosemary, parsley, and basic. And some salt and pepper to taste. Pour in Extra Virgin Olive Oil so that ingredients form a mixture just looser than smoothie.
Cooking
- Apply seasoning to lamb with spoon or fingers. Make sure the pieces are completely covered! Spray a pan or grill with cooking spray and place on stove on medium heat. Cook for 4 minutes on each side
Alternative
- If you prefer to season for a longer period of time: Fill season mixture bowl with more EVOO and place seasoning and lamb together either in the same bowl or in a zip lock bag in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Then remove for 20 minutes and cook.
Serve
- Serve with Asparagus seasoned with basil, oregano, and parsley
