Preheat the oven to 415 degrees
Trim the lamb liberally.
Mince the garlic.
Cut and juice the lemon.
In a small bowl mix garlic, thyme, rosemary, parsley, and basic. And some salt and pepper to taste.
Pour in Extra Virgin Olive Oil so that ingredients form a mixture just looser than smoothie.
Apply seasoning to lamb with spoon or fingers. Make sure the pieces are completely covered!
Spray a pan or grill with cooking spray and place on stove on medium heat.
Cook for 4 minutes on each side
If you prefer to season for a longer period of time:
Fill season mixture bowl with more EVOO and place seasoning and lamb together either in the same bowl or in a zip lock bag in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Then remove for 20 minutes and cook.
Serve with Asparagus seasoned with basil, oregano, and parsley
