Here’s a simple dish that is healthy and is sure to make your kids come back for more!
Ingredients
- 1 lbs Fresh Salmon (give or take)
- 1/3 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 Stick Butter
- 1 Lemon
- 1 tbsp Thyme
- 3 tbsp Basil
- 3 tbsp Oregano
- 3 tbsp Parsley
- 3 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper

Preparation
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees Take a baking pan (13x9 for example) and cover it in tin foil) Slice Lemon Slice the salmon into at least 4 pieces.
Mix seasoning
- In a microwave safe bowl place the butter and melt it in the microwave (approximately 1 minute) Remove when done
- Add Thyme, Basil, Oregano, Parsley, Salt, & Pepper to the bowl. Add EVOO and stir to combine. If the mixture is too thick or there is not enough, add more EVOO.
Cooking
- Tear two 9" pieces of tin foil and cut them in half.
- Wrap each piece of Salmon in foil individually leaving the 'top' open.
- Spoon the seasoning into the top of the foil for each slice of Salmon evenly.
- Once all of the seasoning has been evenly divided amongst the wrapped pieces of Salmon, seal each of the 'tops'.
Baking
- Place the pan with the salmon in the oven for approximately 25 minutes (or longer) until cooked to taste. 25 minutes will be rare.
Serving
- Serve with Rice and lemon
